We recently had my Mercedes-Benz serviced at Coastal Star Mercedes-Benz, Trivandrum, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent overall experience provided by the team. A special note of appreciation to Mr Karthik, Technical Head, for his highly professional, courteous, and efficient approach throughout the service process. He coordinated everything extremely well and ensured that all concerns were addressed smoothly and systematically. His technical insight and calm, reassuring manner truly reflected the standards expected from a premium Mercedes-Benz service centre. I would also like to commend Mr Sarath, service executive, for his sincere and polite interaction. He consistently updated me over the phone regarding the progress of the service and explained the details clearly and patiently. His responsiveness, professionalism, and customer-focused attitude made the entire process very comfortable and transparent. Special thanks as well to Mr Sarath for the thoughtful special gift presented to us, which was truly appreciated and added a very personal touch to the experience. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr Deepesh, Body Shop Manager, who coordinated the insurance-related procedures for us in a very smooth and efficient manner. He was warm, friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process, making what is usually a stressful procedure remarkably comfortable and hassle-free. The front office staff also deserve special appreciation for their warm, friendly, and welcoming behaviour. Their hospitality and courteous reception created a very positive first impression and maintained a pleasant customer experience throughout the visit. To top it all, a huge thanks to the hospitality executive who served us cappuccino coffee beautifully presented with the Mercedes-Benz logo on it. This thoughtful gesture truly added a premium touch to the entire experience and reflected the attention to detail associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Overall, we had a very satisfying and pleasant service experience at Coastal Star Mercedes-Benz, Trivandrum, and I sincerely appreciate the professionalism, hospitality, and customer care demonstrated by the entire team.
